If you have a proposal that doesn't add up, an invoice that feels wrong, or a vendor recommendation you're not sure about, hourly consulting gives you direct access to an AVaStar consultant for exactly as long as you need. Nothing more.

Project-Based Consulting
Some events are too complex to navigate without sustained AV guidance from planning through execution. We scope the engagement upfront, agree on a fixed fee before work begins, and work alongside you through proposal evaluation, budget management, and RFP development. If on-site coordination is part of what you need, we can build that in. You stay in control of every decision. We make sure you have what you need to make them confidently.
Best for: A high-stakes event on the calendar and no one on your team who has managed AV at this scale before.
